About Keren Eshed

I am a Yoga Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to reconnect with their whole self through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for resilience, empowerment, and inherent wholeness.
My yoga journey began after years of struggling with eating disorders. Through yoga, I found a way to connect with myself in a profound and healing way. After completing a law degree and an MBA in Israel, I decided to follow my heart, leaving my legal career behind to fully immerse myself in the practice and study of yoga. My studies led me to India, where I engaged in deep philosophical inquiry and daily practice. I later pursued advanced yoga therapy training to offer the same healing space to others that I found through yoga.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University and have trained in Yoga Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, a body-based modality that helps resolve trauma and its symptoms. I have facilitated transformative learning spaces in various settings, including community spaces, eating disorder treatment programs, support groups, corporate wellness initiatives, and private sessions. My teaching style is approachable, trauma-informed, and accessible to all bodies and abilities.

Dedicated to exploring the intricate relationship between mind and body, I aim to empower my students to access their inner wisdom and develop a meaningful connection to themselves and their environment. Through deep somatic awareness and connection, I support individuals in cultivating self-compassion, resilience, and an embodied sense of wholeness.

My Approach

The relationship between body and mind is multidimensional and dynamic. At times, physical sensations can overshadow deeper emotional layers, while emotional distress can be so overwhelming that we disconnect from our bodies entirely. Pain carries an invitation—to be acknowledged, processed, and transformed. My approach integrates yoga therapy and somatic practices to create a holistic path toward healing and self-discovery.
